| Booking Conditions |
- All reservations must be confirmed in writing and require a 50% deposit. The
balance to be settled at departure.
- The hotel is unable to accommodate more than 2 people per room.
- We regret we do not have facilities for pets.
- Check-out time is 11:00 - Rooms are normally available for occupation by
15:00. Please advise us if you anticipate a late or early arrival.
- Double (king) or single (3/4) beds are available. Kindly state your preference.
- Transfers are available on request (Cape Town, Airport, etc.).
- A no-show fee will be raised if a guaranteed reservation is not taken up, see our cancellation policy further on this page.
- We prefer a smoke-free environment for our guests.
- Most credit cards and cash welcome.
- "Personal attentions" are included.

- Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival date: 80% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 30 and 90 days prior to arrival date: 30% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 10 and 30 days prior to arrival date: the deposit will not be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 10 days prior to arrival date: the deposit will not be refunded and if the room cannot be resaled for the booked period, the client will be responsible for the full amount of the booking.
